Bradley Doublelock Ltd and its subsidiary, Dixon Bate Ltd, are leading manufacturers of products and components for the Light Trailer industry and both companies have established an un-parallelled reputation for their product ranges in respect of design, robustness, durability and quality.

 

  • 1947 H&K Bradley was formed by two brothers, Harry & Kenneth Bradley in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
  • H&K Bradley moved from two sites in Keighley to Bingley and in 1985 the Bingley works were considerably extended
  • 1986 H&K Bradley taken over by Syltone plc and Bradley Doublelock formed
  • 2001 MBO from Syltone. Bradley Industries Ltd formed
  • 2002 Major contract award from UK MOD for new Light Trailer fleet
  • 2004 Crosshills site acquired and developed for Trailer Technology Division
  • 2006 SED Award for Excellence – Road Transport category (Sentinel Trailer)
  • 2006 Queen’s Award for Enterprise
  • 2009 Bradley Industries acquires the trading name and Towing Division of Dixon-Bate Ltd a company established in 1921 for the manufacture of general engineering products and trailers
